One of the most common questions I get when designing Interior Plantation Shutters is how will the shutters be hinged in the window.
Depending on the width and configuration of the window a decision needs to be made as to how many panels will be used.
As a rough guide 600-650mm wide is a good size panel. Therefore in a window 2400mm wide window four panels will be the standard.
The question now becomes how do I hinge the Planation Shutter panels to the window.
Two ways:
Bifold hinging.
