Majority of our products are locally manufactured. Not only does this mean you are supporting local jobs but in the case of something going wrong WE ARE RIGHT HERE. We do not need to send products back or risk damage in transport.
How do I organise a quote?
To organise a quotation please call head office 02 66863311. We will book an appointment with you, on location so we can make sure you choose the right product. This is a Free Measure & Quote with No Obligation.
Alternatively you can send sizes to us and products you require and we can email an indication of pricing to you. This will be an indication only until product and all details have been selected.
It is quicker and easier to have an onsite consultation though and its Free!
How long before installation?
Delivery and installation time is approximately 3-4 working weeks from confirmation. (Shutters are 6-8 working weeks depending on product chosen) Where ever possible we will work to shorten our delivery and installation time.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Upon acceptance of this quote a 50% deposit is payable. This can be paid via cash, cheque, credit card or bank transfer. Orders over $5000 require a progress payment (50% of the balance) prior to installation. Balance due on final installation.
How do I pay the deposit?

HELP I’m In A Hurry……
Depending on our production schedule we can accommodate urgent orders. Our friendly Creative Staff can advise on confirmation as our orders change week to week. Any custom made products requiring non standard installations times may be subject to a urgent charge.
After installation what happens?
You pay us ! Once all goods are installed and paid for Creative 2000 Blinds & Awnings will issue Warranties and Care Guides. Our installer is available to demonstrate care and use of products.
What if something does go wrong?
We respond. No waiting for us to be in the area – we are here everyday. Our products are hand made by experienced workers but sometimes things do go wrong. We are able to quickly repair or replace products before contract completion and most importantly during warranty of the products.
